It could affect luck this way: The higer your luck is, the greater the frequency the coin will repeatedly turn up the same face.

I assume the point is that the player sometimes can't make up her mind: this is an in-game decision procedure. If you're lucky, your coin flip is really, and consistently, telling you the right answer. --Of course, it's still up to you to interpret that answer, ha ha.[Quote]
